While there are various psychotherapy approaches, the most successful therapies have in common the quality of the relationship, respect and trust between client and therapist, you will find a safe, friendly, nonjudgmental atmosphere. This setting will allow you to relax, explore, express, or confront whatever has brought you to therapy. I will encourage, support, and gently and respectfully challenge you to live the life YOU want. I am entirely open and transparent with you, nonjudgemental and skilful in the therapeutic method that I use. It is vitally important that you feel safe and have confidence in my ability to be your therapist. So that we can walk through this period of your life together. With the knowledge and confidence that I can be strong, steady support.
